Robert Glenn is a Partner in the Savannah office, concentrating his practice on Admiralty Law, Construction Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has extensive experience handling personal injury, property damage cases, maritime, and commercial disputes. Mr. Glenn is also an experienced certified mediator who handles mediations and arbitrations both independently and for various national providers. He has been certified as a Mediator by The Association of Attorney Mediators, Inc. since 1993 and has handled over 900 mediations and arbitrations throughout the United States.
Mr. Glenn is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and its Forum on the Construction Industry, and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute (Chairman, 1986). He is a member of the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution and a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. He is a past chairman of the Admiralty Committee of the TIPS section of the ABA. Mr. Glenn served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Maritime Law Association of the United States from 2002 to 2005. He is a member of the MLA's Maritime Arbitration and Mediation Committee, having previously served as Chairman of the MLA's CLE Committee and of its ADR Committee. He is a past Chairman of the ADR Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Glenn is listed on the panels of numerous ADR providers, including: AAA, JAMS, and Resolute Systems.
He received a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Princeton University in 1972, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 1976.
