Compensation & Benefits

HunterMaclean compensates its paralegals and staff at a competitive level commensurate with its role as a leading law firm in the area.  In addition, all paralegals are eligible for annual bonuses, which are awarded based on quality of performance, productivity, and overall contribution to the firm and the community.  Salary and bonus levels are periodically reviewed to ensure that they stay competitive.
