Will Gallagher is the head of HunterMaclean’s trusts and estates practice group. Will’s practice focuses on intergenerational family wealth transfer planning, estate planning, corporate and partnership tax, federal tax issues, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and matters affecting nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

Will practices in HunterMaclean’s Savannah and St. Simons Island offices and is actively engaged in both communities.

Will graduated Order of the Coif and cum laude from the Villanova University School of Law with his J.D., in addition to earning an LL.M. in Taxation. While in law school, Will was a member of the editorial board of the Environmental Law Journal and interned with Judge Juan R. Sanchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Will received his B.B.A with distinction from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was a member of the golf team.
