Patrick Webb is a partner in the St. Simons Island office of HunterMaclean. Patrick’s practice is concentrated in commercial real estate transactions and commercial real estate development, including commercial real estate finance, equity placement, leasing, joint ventures, and related corporate finance and general corporate transactions.
Patrick’s clients include developers/sponsors of large multifamily and mixed-use developments, for which he serves as lead counsel in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of multimillion-dollar multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the country. Patrick has wide experience in the acquisition/development/sale of multimillion-dollar office buildings for institutional investors and the acquisition/development/sale of multimillion-dollar multifamily developments for large multifamily developers/owners.
Patrick’s experience also includes representation of (i) developers/sponsors in mixed-use, urban in-fill, and adaptive re-use development transactions; (ii) fund-based owner/operators in the acquisition, disposition, and operation of large multifamily properties throughout the country; (iii) regional and national financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions; (iv) landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, and office lease transactions of all sizes throughout the country; (v) solar farm developers in the acquisition and development of solar farms; and (vi) purchasers and sellers in large timberland purchase and sale transactions.
