HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm with offices in Savannah and St. Simons Island, recently welcomed Victoria R. Nease in the Firm’s litigation group. Victoria’s practice focuses on admiralty and maritime law, general litigation, medical malpractice, and product liability.
A Savannah native, Victoria graduated cum laude from Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong campus with a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a licensed Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance agent for her family’s insurance brokerage firm, handling client accounts in the specialized field of commercial trucking and towing insurance.
Victoria earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she competed in the Mercer Law Hugh Lawson Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in the Mercer Law Closing Argument Competition, which earned her an invitation to Mercer’s Moot Court Competition Team and Mock Trial Competition Team.
She is currently a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and Savannah Bar Association: Young Lawyers Division. In addition, as a volunteer for Union Mission, she assists the organization by participating in fundraising for its annual gala and yearly holiday donation drives.
