Georgia Trend recently honored partners Frank S. Macgill and Wade W. Herring, II in the magazine’s annual “Legal Elite” issue, which recognizes the top attorneys in the state of Georgia. Both HunterMaclean attorneys are featured in the magazine’s December 2011 issue.
Frank Macgill serves as HunterMaclean’s managing partner and practices in the areas of trusts and estates, taxation, tax-exempt organizations, and corporate law. He has experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, federal, state and local tax issues, and tax matters affecting non-profit and tax-exempt organizations. Macgill has been honored in Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite issue and has been selected as one of Savannah’s “40 Business Leaders Under 40” by the Savannah Business Journal, named a Super Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine, and nominated to The Best Lawyers in America.
Employment law attorney Wade Herring represents businesses and management, with a practice that focuses on all aspects of employment problems and issues including internal employment practices, wage-hour issues, drug testing, sexual harassment, equal employment opportunity, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and employee benefits. A former president of the Savannah Bar Association, Herring has previously been included in Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite, The Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers.
