Luckshume Ketheeswaran is an associate in HunterMaclean’s Litigation and Employment groups.

She graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in English in 2018 and earned her J.D. cum laude from the Mercer University School of Law in 2024. During law school, Luckshume was active with the Mercer Law Review where her comment, “Pick Your Poison: Opioids Following the Trends Set by Alcohol and Tobacco Litigation,” was published.  

She also served as Treasurer of Phi Delta Phi, Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Treasurer of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Additionally, she was a member of the Association of Women Law Students and the Rural Law Students Association. In her last year of law school, she was a student invitee to the Bootle Inn of Court in Macon, Georgia.

She gained experience as a real estate legal assistant and through internships with the Eastern Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Savannah, Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia in Macon.

In her free time, she enjoys writing, powerlifting, and fishing with her husband.
