Taylor Dove is a partner in HunterMaclean’s litigation practice group whose practice areas include insurance coverage and defense, business/commercial litigation, defense of civil rights claims, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Taylor was born in Florence, South Carolina, and grew up in Augusta, Georgia. He attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate work, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Investment Finance. Taylor received his law degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2015. Taylor is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Representative Engagements

  • Assisted in the defense of a global electronic components provider in a products liability lawsuit brought by a national lighting company.
  • Assisted in the defense of a national pharmaceutical distributor in an opioid lawsuit brought by over twenty plaintiffs seeking over $100 million in damages.
  • Obtained summary judgment in a slip-and-fall case involving a plaintiff who tripped over an unpainted concrete parking stop in the client’s parking lot.
  • Obtained dismissals in a variety of lawsuits involving alleged constitutional violations by local government officials and employees.
