A Savannah native, Victoria graduated cum laude from Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong campus in 2016 with a B.S. in Psychology. While there, she worked as a research assistant alongside faculty. Before attending law school, she gained industry experience as a licensed Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance agent at her family’s brokerage firm, managing client accounts in commercial trucking and towing insurance.

Victoria earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law in 2021. During law school, she competed in the Mercer Law Hugh Lawson Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in the Mercer Law Closing Argument Competition, earning an invitation to both the Mercer Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. She later competed in the 2020 National All Star Bracket Challenge and the 2021 American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

As a law student, Victoria interned for State Court Judge Hermann W. Coolidge, Jr., and Chief Judge Gregory V. Sapp of the Eastern Judicial Circuit. She also earned a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting and served as president of the Mercer Advocacy Council’s Executive Board. Upon earning her J.D., she was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a nationally recognized honor society for excellence in advocacy.

Victoria is an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the Young Lawyers Division of the Savannah Bar Association, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. Southern District of Georgia, the U.S. Middle District of Georgia, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Outside of the office, she and her husband, Sam Ullyott, enjoy renovating their 1950s home, spending time with their dog, and volunteering with local animal shelters.
