We represent many public charities, private foundations, trade associations, and other tax-exempt entities, such as universities and hospitals. Our corporate, tax, and trusts and estates attorneys work collaboratively with clients on the tax and business issues specific to these entities, as well as on legal issues that may affect the organization. For insurance, health care, and other businesses and industries that are heavily regulated, our attorneys advise clients on compliance and reporting. Our team is also poised to handle litigation and administrative proceedings around regulatory actions.
